The ChTZ T-800 bulldozer is a super-heavy caterpillar tractor manufactured by the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant since 1983. The engine of the ChTZ T-800 tractor is paired with a special hydromechanical transmission, consisting of a rotary module, a cardan gear, a 3-wheel torque converter, a bevel gear and high-performance reliable brakes. The gearbox has 4 speeds forward and 2 reverse. The main brakes run on oil and do not need to be adjusted.

The hydraulics of the machine are 2-stage, separate and modular (special pumps are provided). With the load lever in the neutral position, the operator can operate the mounted attachment directly from the cab.

The bulldozer rollers are equipped not only with an elastic torsion bar suspension, but also with individual springs. Closed track lubrication extends machine life and eliminates the need for additional maintenance.

Cabin

The T-800 cab deserves special attention, which is spacious enough for the operator to feel comfortable and be able to effectively control the bulldozer without feeling tired for a long period of time. The cabin volume is 3.5 cubic meters, it is made of durable metal with additional heat-insulating cladding and noise protection, suitable for working with two operators.
