- YaM3-236ND2 is a Yaroslavl-made diesel engine, six-cylinder, four-stroke, V-shaped, liquid-cooled. To adjust the temperature, a fan and a thermostat are installed in it.
- Cummins QSB6.7-C204 is an American six-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled, turbocharged diesel engine. The engine has an oil cleaning system.
- Sisu Diesel 74 is a turbocharged diesel engine manufactured in Russia using Finnish technology. Rarely seen on the Chetra T-11.
Of these engines, the American version is considered the best due to its greater power, torque characteristics and lower fuel consumption.
The Chetra T-11 has a German Sauer Danfoss transmission of a hydrostatic type with two hydraulic pumps, a control controller and two hydraulic motors. Six speed planetary gearbox - 3 forward and 3 reverse. Can switch under load. The gearbox, main gear and gearbox are combined into one functional unit, which is installed in the bore of the rear axle. TRANSMISSION
Powershift planetary gearbox with 345mm diameter oil immersed clutches with high torque transfer capability providing three forward and three reverse gears. It is structurally combined with a matching gearbox and final drive into a single power unit installed in the bore of the rear axle. STEERING AND BRAKING
Side clutches are multi-plate clutches that are hydraulically actuated. Stopping brakes are multi-disc clutches permanently closed by spring force. The side clutches and brakes are cooled with pressurized oil and do not require adjustment during their entire service life.
FRONT TRANSMISSION

WORKPLACE
The CHETRA T-11.01 tractor is equipped with a single cab with double glazing, providing maximum visibility of the equipment and working areas, regardless of the ambient temperature, equipped with a ventilation system and a dependent-action heater, as well as a vibration-proof seat and noise-absorbing upholstery. On request, an additional heater and air conditioning are installed. The controls meet ergonomic requirements and are easily operated and accessible. The diesel engine is controlled by a pedal fixed at the selected crankshaft speed. Shifting gears and changing the direction of movement is carried out by one lever, the onboard clutches are controlled by two levers, an emergency stop is provided by pressing the brake pedal. The bulldozer and ripper are controlled by separate levers. All control is carried out from the driver's seat, which allows him to work without fatigue during the work shift.

To cool the engine oil, a liquid-oil heat exchanger and an oil purification complex are installed. The latter can regulate the rotational speed. All these units are configured to automatically start when the temperature of the liquid in the cooling system reaches a certain value. The transmission oil is cooled by another heat exchanger. It is located in the same functional unit with the radiator unit. Starting is carried out directly via the 24 V electrical system.
The important parameters of the unit are the volume of 11.15 liters and the torque of 883 Nm. Cylinder diameter 13 cm.
2. Commins QSB 6.7-C204 also with four strokes and six cylinders with a diameter of 102 mm. It is turbocharged with intercooler and liquid cooled. The name of the unit reflects the name of the American manufacturer.
The main characteristics of this model are:

All engine cylinders are arranged in a row, the engine has a volume of 6.7 liters. This is almost two times less than the previous model. Torque 938 Nm. The cost of such an engine is the highest among those installed.
3. Sisu Diesel 74 are extremely rare. Such engines are assembled in accordance with Finnish developments in Vladimir.
