Composition, device and operation of the excavator
The EO-33211 excavator is a single-bucket, universal, full-revolving machine on pneumatic wheels with an individual hydraulic drive of all mechanisms, with a rigid suspension of working equipment.
The excavator consists of a pneumatic-wheel undercarriage (chassis), a turntable, working equipment, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, electrical equipment, and spare parts.
The chassis of the excavator is a pneumatic-wheel undercarriage, consisting of a running frame with a slewing bearing, folding supports, a blade, a gearbox, front and rear axles equipped with dual-slope chamber wheels and connected to the gearbox by cardan shafts, a wheel rotation control mechanism, as well as units of the hydraulic control system and pneumatic control system for wheel brakes.
The pneumatic wheel running gear is driven by two hydraulic motors mounted on the gearbox flange.
Pneumatic undercarriage provides movement on work sites and on roads, as well as the ability to tow an excavator.

The excavator cab is heated from the engine cooling system using the heater OT-2 U2-24-05 TU 3-760.0-93. To protect against mechanical damage, the heater is installed on rubber shock absorbers and is closed from above with a metal cover.

The hydraulic hammer is attached to the gearbox flange. With its help, solid soils are opened, asphalt and concrete are destroyed, uneven and loose surfaces are compacted, and they are equalized for building. The loosening device is used to break the top layer of the earth and open the road surface.
The communal tractor EO-33211 K is used for repair, construction and communication works, it is equipped with pumping and welding units. A hydraulic pump pumps out groundwater from open excavations, a welding unit cuts off and eliminates defects and malfunctions in pipes and metal structures by welding.

The EO-33211A single-bucket universal pneumatic wheel excavator has a mass of 18,000 kg. Equipped with a YaMZ-236 engine capable of speeds of 8-25 km/h.
