MKSM-800A-1 differs from the MKSM-800K loader in the presence of an additional bucket with an arrow, which is attached to the rear hydraulic system of the machine. Due to the use of heavier equipment, the Cummins A2300 engine consumes 253 g / kWh of fuel, so the manufacturer installed a larger tank (75 l) on the equipment.

The MKSM-800A-1 modification can withstand a maximum static tipping load of 16,000 N. The hydraulic equipment is controlled by a mechanical drive. Due to the use of a long boom, the machine became heavier. The operating weight of the loader reaches 3170 kg with a maximum error of 2.5 percent.
