Fuel consumption depends on the condition of the engine piston group and on the general technical condition of the tractor and agricultural hitch. As the engine wears out, its power decreases and oil waste increases. The manufacturer recommends changing the lubricant in the diesel crankcase every 250 hours of operation (measured using a control device installed in the cab).
Transmission
The tractor is equipped with a 9-speed gearbox with a 2-speed reduction gear, which increases the number of forward gears to 18. The transmission contains 2 reverse gears, which are transformed into 4 by switching the gear. . On some tractors there is a reversible 9-speed gearbox.

To transfer torque from the motor to the input shaft of the box, a 1-disk dry friction clutch is used. On the rear wall of the gearbox there is a power take-off shaft with a rotation speed of 540 rpm or 1000 rpm (operator selects the operating mode). Hydraulic equipment of the tractor
The hydraulic cylinders are driven by a gear pump mounted on the gearbox. The pump provides performance within 45 l / min, the pressure is limited by a safety valve. Pneumatic system

Brake system
To stop the tractor, dry-type disc brakes are used, mounted on the axle shafts of the rear axle. 2 pedals are mounted in the cab for separate braking control, they can be connected into a common circuit (when driving on the highway). Operation features
In winter, it is recommended to warm up the engine with an autonomous heater or by supplying a stream of warm air to the engine. Do not allow the diesel engine to idle for more than 15 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to warm up the engine in enclosed spaces due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. If it is not planned to use the power take-off, then the shaft control levers are moved to the neutral position.

After the end of the shift, the fuel tanks are filled, which reduces the risk of condensation. The manufacturer allows the operation of the tractor at altitudes up to 3000 m above sea level, to ensure high-quality operation of the motor, the performance of the fuel pump is reduced. It is not recommended to use the technique at high altitudes.
Required maintenance
The plant provides for routine maintenance of the tractor after 125, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 hours of operation. Additionally, equipment is inspected before and after the end of the work shift. Main malfunctions
Tractor malfunctions are associated with difficult starting or incorrect operation of the engine due to clogged filters, wear of parts, or foreign impurities in the fuel. Damage to the radiator and pipes leads to a violation of the circulation of the coolant and overheating of the diesel engine. The tractor is equipped with a clutch, which requires adjusting the pedal free play and adjusting the position of the release levers.
